You might have heard about it over the last few weeks, but last week, our Instant Insight webinar presentation was about Avaya’s new online collaboration and development tool, Breeze. The webinar, hosted by Andrew Prokop, was a live demo of the tool and its capabilities, focusing directly on what ways users of the Avaya Breeze tool might be able to immediately use the tool. Andrew explored what the tool could do, what it couldn’t and offered up some ideas for potential uses in almost any environment.

Andrew also put together two different video demo series about the Avaya Breeze tool! While exploring the tool initially, he started to notice some great capabilities and decided to start highlighting some of the interesting use cases he was discovering within the tool. He developed both an Introductory demo series and an Advanced series.
This introductory series explores the basics of the Avaya Breeze tool. Learn about Breeze, Engagement Designer, the Admin Console and everything used to create, deploy and run Snap-Ins. This series is great for those that are curious about the tool or are looking for some guidance and tips in getting started with this new collaboration and development tool.
Building off of his Intro series, Andrew takes a deeper dive into Avaya Breeze, highlighting some of the more advanced capabilities within the tool. This series is a perfect complement to the introductory series, as it guides users in taking the application development tool one step further.
